Tuition at Perfect Angels Learning Centers (PALC) is based on your child’s age and development. Tuition payments are due weekly each Monday at the time of drop off). The information provided below is an overview. Complete details are provided in the registration packet.
Credit card, checks, and money order payments are accepted. Absolutely no cash payments will be accepted and there will be no exceptions made regarding tuition payment.
A non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 is required per child. This fee is due upon receipt of the complete registration package for enrollment.
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one week’s tuition is required at the time of entry. Security deposits are not returned if your contract is terminated by the company. You cannot receive funds back from a security deposit. It can only be applied to tuition upon proper request.
When tuition is not paid on time, a late fee of $35.00 will be charged. Your child cannot return to school unless a payment is received.
Late Pick-Up Fees
At 6:31 p.m., you are considered late. There will be a $1.00 fee assessed for every minute per child. Our clock is set to Eastern Standard Time. You should pay the staff directly for this fee at the time of pick up.
Activity fees are collected for field trips and special events and must be paid separately from the weekly tuition payment.
Internal Funding Program – (HATS)
Perfect Angels Learning Centers (PALC) offer sliding scale payments to qualified families. You can read more about the HATS program here. PALC reserves the right to terminate this program at any time and for any reason.
PALC participates in The State of Maryland’s Purchase of Care voucher program. This program requires recertification regularly. It is the parent’s responsibility to stay abreast of expiration dates and to provide PALC with the required documentation. Additional information is available in the registration packet.
