How long does it take to enroll my child?
Typically, the enrollment process includes contract signing and submitting medical and other required forms from the state. If a parent has all of the child’s information handy, enrolling can take less than an hour.
How soon can my child begin attending?
Your child can begin attending as soon as all of the required forms are turned in and payment is made. A child can begin attending the same day the parents do a tour as long as all forms are completed and payment is made.
What does my child need to enroll?
Health Inventory Form which will include a doctor’s sign off on the specific 4-page form the state requires. Parent must complete the Consumer Pamphlet, Emergency Form, Contract, ProCare Enrollment Form, Individualized Activity Plan (for infants/toddlers only), Meal Benefit Application, and Summary of Services and Fees.
Can I bring in some of my forms after my child begins attending?
Unfortunately, the state is very strict about compliance regarding children’s files. All required forms must be submitted prior to child attending.
When is tuition due?
Tuition is due every Monday at the time of drop-off. There is a grace period until noon on Tuesday. Any payments received after the grace period are assessed a $35 late fee. Services may be interrupted for non-payment.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept most major debit/credit cards on site. The online payment system accepts payments from checking or savings accounts and debit/credit cards.
Do you accept vouchers from foster care?
We accept all vouchers including private foster care agencies, the state, and military (NACCRRA).
My child needs additional services such as having a speech therapist come in, do you allow outside agencies to come into the center to provide services during the day?
Outside professionals and agencies are permitted to provide services in our facilities under their own license and liability insurance. All arrangements must be approved by the site director.
My child has a disability. Do you accept children with disabilities?
We do not discriminate against children with disabilities. We accommodate special needs children. We would need to assess the child’s needs and make sure that the services could be provided without undue hardship or extreme financial demand that the center cannot meet. My child attends a school and I would like to know if their bus will drop them off at the center. How do I find out this information?
You can contact the school and find out if they will add the center to the bus run. We provide transportation to and from local schools in the event the bus will not add our stop.
Do I have to schedule a tour or can I walk in?
Scheduling is encouraged, however, walk-ins are welcomed. You may not be able to speak with a director if you are not scheduled.
Is there always a director onsite or someone that address my concerns each day?
Someone is always available to address immediate concerns, however, it may not be the site director each time.
